REGISTRATION FOR FREE ELISA TESTING Phototherapy is proud to announce its clinical trial for a new treatment. Your registration entitles you to free ELISA testing. Simply fill out the form below and follow the instructions.
YOU WILL BE ASSIGNED AN ID NUMBER WHEN YOU RECEIVE YOUR PHOTOTHERAPY TREATMENT KIT. USE THIS ID NUMBER IN ALL FUTURE CORRESPONDENCE.
Once you complete the above registration you will be required to obtain a phototherapy treatment kit. The cost of the kit is not included in the study.

Included with your kit when it arrives will be a voucher to take to the local labcorp. Your local lab will not require nor should you give them any personal information. You do not have to give them your name or any other personal information. You will just give them your voucher with your ID number on it. This visit to the laboratory must be done before the phototherapy protocol is administered. The ELISA test will be ordered by one of the Doctors with phototherapy. Results will be sent to the Doctor at phototherapy and forwarded to you via email under your ID number.
Immediately after you have your blood drawn you will return home and apply the phototherapy protocol to your active lesions outbreak.
When you complete the phototherapy protocol you will notify phototherapy via return email.
Next you will use the herbal supplement protocol portion of the kit to be utilized over a 3 to 4 week period.
When you complete the herbal protocol you will again notify phototherapy. (click here to send notice to phototherapy) A second voucher will be sent to you within 30 to 45 days. You will then take this voucher to the same lab for the follow up ELISA testing. These results will also be made available to you via email.
This process of pre and post testing, and the data gathered, is a necessary step for phototherapy to present to the FDA for approval to conduct an FDA regulated Investigational New Drug (IND) approved study.
This preliminary study is limited to the first 250 patients that enroll. The data collected by this study will be posted on our website at phototherapyforherpes.com.
